原料:茄子400克,酱油30克,辣椒油15克,醋30克,花椒粉2克,香油15克,盐1克.
制法:1、摘去茄子蒂,将茄子切为8等份,用盐水浸泡,除去涩味;
2、挤去水分,置于一较深容器中,加盖高火8分钟;
3、整齐地排于盛菜盘中,浇上调好的调味汁(酱油、辣椒油、米醋、花椒粉、芝麻油、精盐);
